About Us

At Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, we’re dedicated to improving mental health and physical wellbeing in Australia’s road transport, warehousing, and logistics sectors. By understanding the unique challenges faced by those working in the sector– from long hours and isolation to the pressures of meeting tight schedules – we provide tailored support and initiatives.

The Healthy Heads Story

In the absence of a national industry approach to improve outcomes relating to psychological safety and physical health for those working in the logistics sector, Australia Post, Coles, Linfox, Toll, Ron Finemore Transport, Woolworths Group and Qube combined as Founding Members to establish the Foundation.

Further support from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and the Federal Government enabled the inception and development of the Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Foundation.
