Healthy Heads Welcomes New General Manager and Road Show Leaders

Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Weller as General Manager, alongside the addition of Jaynie Moloney and Tara Sellar to support the organisation’s National Road Show program. 

Melissa steps into the role of General Manager following her significant contribution as Director of Industry Relations and Program Management over the last four years. Her leadership has played a key role in strengthening industry partnerships and expanding programs that support mental health and wellbeing across transport, warehousing, and logistics. In her new position, Melissa will lead program growth, deepen stakeholder engagement, and continue driving practical, industry-led solutions that create safer and healthier workplaces. 

Joining the team as Program Lead – National Road Show, Jaynie Moloney brings more than 30 years’ experience across the not-for-profit sector. With expertise spanning high-profile events, strategic program design, partnership development and community campaigns, Jaynie is known for aligning purpose with meaningful impact. A qualified journalist and natural storyteller, she leads with creativity, authenticity and a strong people-first approach. 

Tara Sellar joins as Program Coordinator – National Road Show, bringing nine years’ experience delivering corporate and community events across Australia and New Zealand. With strengths in stakeholder management, partnership delivery and process development, Tara supports the seamless execution of the Road Show program, helping connect key audiences and champion positive mental health outcomes nationwide. 

Together, these appointments mark an exciting new chapter for Healthy Heads and its continued commitment to industry wellbeing.
