This year’s R U OK? in Trucks & Sheds Day of Action will take place on 12 May 2026, bringing the transport, warehousing and logistics industries together to encourage meaningful conversations and support mental health across our workplaces.
In 2026, the focus is on the powerful new theme: “Ask R U OK? Any Day.” The message is simple: checking in shouldn’t be limited to one day on the calendar. A genuine conversation at the right time can make a real difference, whether it’s in the depot, the shed, on the road or in the office.
There are three easy ways to get involved and show your support:
