Ben Newton

General Manager Strategy, Development & Partnerships, Primary Connect

Ben leads the Strategy, Development, Solutions and Fleet functions for Transport in Primary Connect (Part of the Woolworths Group).

He has extensive experience in strategy and logistics developed over a long career with Woolworths performing various senior management roles in operations, strategy development and delivery, and corporate business development.

Ben is on the Board and Deputy Chair of the Australian Logistics Council (ALC). Ben also actively supports the Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Foundation, which he helped to launch in 2020.

Reini Otter

Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Industrial

Reini is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial. He oversees the Group’s logistics and industrial operations in Australia and Europe, and Frasers Logistics and Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.

Reini is also a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd, as of July 2020. Reini joined the Group’s Australian operations in 1998 and has held senior leadership positions within the Commercial & Industrial business in Australia for over 15 years.

Reini is also a Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Board Director.

Paul Ryan

Director, TEACHO Ltd Training Education Audit Compliance Health Organisation

In 1987, Paul joined Mayne Nickless Ltd, a large Australian multi-national transport company, where he was the IR Advisor for around 25 transport businesses.

In 1992, he represented Australian employers at the Inland Transport Group of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva.

Since 1997, Paul has assisted the Victorian Transport Association (VTA) with both strategic and operational industrial advice on workplace relations issues. Currently, these include: advice and assistance to members on Enterprise Bargaining and related issues; advice to members concerning unfair dismissals; submissions on behalf of the industry on major industrial cases; general IR advice and assistance as requested by members.

Paul is the National Industrial Advisor for both the VTA and Australian Road Transport Industrial Organisation (ARTIO), and is also the VTA nominated employer member representative to the Transport Education Audit Compliance Health Organisation (TEACHO), a joint union/employer body focused on improving the transport industry to benefit both employers and workers, especially around health issues.

Paul is a former Industry Member of the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal, which was abolished in April 2016. He is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee at TWUSUPER, the super fund for the freight and logistics industry.

Paul Graham – Chair

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Australia Post

Paul Graham is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Australia Post. Paul is a supply chain industry leader, with more than 30 years’ experience, starting his career at 18 in customer service in the international cargo industry.

Paul previously held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer and Managing Director of Primary Connect, part of the Woolworths Group. In this role he oversaw a strategic rebuild of the supply chain network, including over $2 billion of infrastructure investment.

He has held senior roles working across logistics in Australia, the UK, Taiwan, Singapore and Germany, including as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East & Africa for DHL.

In addition to his executive roles Paul has also served as Chairman of a global digital marketing group based in London, served on various University and Government advisory Boards and also on Boards in the FMCG , Wholesale and farming sectors.

Passionate about mental health and wellbeing, Paul is the Founding Chairman of the Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds Foundation, with a goal to improve mental wellbeing within the transport and logistics industry.

An immigrant from Northern Ireland, Paul knows the value of Australia Post as an essential service, trusted to connect Australians to each other and to friends and family around the world.

Mark Parry – Deputy Chair

Independent Director

Mark is a very successful and experienced senior executive who clearly demonstrates significant management, leadership, people skills and capabilities across a broad range of industries and sectors. These include manufacturing, mining, mining services, contracting, transport and logistics, and various other infrastructure projects.

Mark is a strong, credible and proven communicator, having held a number of roles that have required him to be the face of the business to State and Federal Government Ministers and officials, regulatory bodies and a diverse range of stakeholders.

With a strong value-based approach to leadership, Mark measures success by safely delivering business outcomes through exceptional and reliable customer service.

His ethos is to ensure the survivability of a business by embedding sound leadership and business processes, in order to maintain sustainable change long after his departure.

In 2024, Mark became the Chair of the Australian Trucking Association.

Nick Vrckovski

President, Retail & Consumer Toll Group

Nick is a distinguished supply chain executive with more than 25 years of experience leading supply chain management, third-party logistics, and supply chain consulting, across diverse industries, globally.

Nick joined Toll Group in September 2000, where he currently serves as the President of the Retail and Consumer division. In this role, he is responsible for spearheading key supply chain functions for major multi-national customers in the retail, fashion, consumer goods, beverage, grocery, and automotive sectors.

His strategic vision and commitment to operational excellence have been instrumental in consistently delivering significant ROI, revenue, and EBIT growth in various organisations he has worked with.

Nick has successfully led large teams within complex organizations through transformative change initiatives, resulting in significant business transformation and improved bottom-line performance.

Prior to being appointed to his current role, Nick held executive roles in global organizations, including DHL, Allied Express, and previous positions within Toll Group. In these roles, he successfully managed large-scale operations and led cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management and a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain.

James Dixon

Chief Executive Officer, Ron Finemore Transport

With over 25 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, and international express aviation, James brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He has worked both in Australia and internationally, developing deep expertise across these industries.

James has held senior executive roles at prominent organisations such as Australia Post, PFD Foods, and the Linfox Logistics Group.

He holds a Master of Business from Southern Cross University, a Master of Science in Infrastructure and Logistics from the University of Denver (USA) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.

Janelle Greene

Chief Executive Officer, NTI

As NTI’s Chief Executive Officer, Janelle undertakes full management responsibility for the delivery of the company’s mission, to be Australia’s leading specialist insurance provider.

Together with the executive team, Janelle is focused on NTI’s innovation and leadership in the industry, and implementing NTI’s quality products and service differentiation through expertise in the transport, construction, and logistics industries.

Janelle has a Bachelor of International Business majoring in Economics and Marketing, a Master of Business Administration majoring in Strategic Leadership, and is accredited in the international Barretts Values Centre Cultural Transformation program and the STANFORD LEAD program.

She has also completed the ANZIIF Diploma in General Insurance, is an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate, an Accredited Executive Coach and has a HR Heavy Rigid truck license.

Jo Hammond

General Manager of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, Supply Chain, Coles

Jo joined Coles in 2009, and has held several senior roles across Logistics and Supply Chain, being appointed General Manager of the Supply Chain (North Zone Operations) in October 2017, and more recently General Manager of Safety, Health + Wellbeing | Supply Chain.

Mark Mazurek

Chief Executive Officer, Linfox

Mark is responsible for leading the largest privately-owned logistics company in Asia Pacific, as CEO Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand, to achieve its vision to be the most trusted logistics partner in Australia and New Zealand.

Naomi Frauenfelder

Chief Executive Officer

Naomi Frauenfelder is Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds’ inaugural Chief Executive Officer.

Naomi was previously Executive Director of the TrackSAFE Foundation – an Australian rail industry not-for-profit that addresses suicide on the rail network, and the resultant trauma caused to train drivers and other frontline staff.

Naomi has spent her career to date honing her passion for working nationally to unite industries behind significant causes such as mental health, providing individuals and organisations with the resources they need to face challenges head-on and creating cultures of care and support.

Naomi also holds a Bachelor and Masters from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Melissa Weller

Director Industry Relations and Program Management

Melissa Weller brings extensive industry experience to Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds through her role as Director Industry Relations and Program Management.

Melissa has led the development and delivery of several initiatives, including our Nutrition Program and Road Show outreach events, and has developed a variety of tools and resources that help businesses manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

Previously, Melissa was Safety, Health, and Wellbeing Director at the Australian Trucking Association, where she led the design of SafeT360 and managed the TruckSafe industry safety accreditation scheme.

For her great work, Melissa has been recognised by the Institute of Public Works and Engineering Awards for excellence in local government road safety.

Ben Maguire AM

Director Corporate Affairs

As a previous CEO of the Australian Trucking Association, Ben Maguire AM brings a wealth of industry experience to Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds.

Ben is also co-founder and host of Remount, a not-for-profit delivering horsemanship programs for Veterans suffering mental stress and PTSD from their service.

This passion for providing mental health and psychosocial support to the community, and his experience in the transport industry, brings a unique perspective and skill set to Ben’s role in the team as Director Corporate Affairs.

Ben is also a current Board Member of Bundanon Art Gallery, a serving Officer in the Royal Australian Navy and the proud holder of a Masters of Business Administration.

Kayla O’Brien

Manager – Programs

Kayla O’Brien brings hands-on experience in the road transport sector, and a deep understanding of the industry and its many stakeholders to her role of Manager – Programs.

Her expertise extends to initiating and coordinating safety education events, outreach activations, and programs from local community involvement to broad-scale educational campaigns.

Kayla also leads initiatives and programs, including Healthy Heads’ major annual campaign R U OK? in Trucks & Sheds and Industry Mental Health Training.

Kayla is passionate about creating thriving and healthy working environments and fostering a culture where mental wellbeing is equally prioritised alongside physical safety.

Jordan McSweeney

Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Through previous experience in marketing and communication roles, Jordan McSweeney knows how to spearhead impactful campaigns and initiatives that engage the community and spread awareness of important issues.

He has also spent many years honing his writing and editing skills, most notably at the University of Canberra, where he earned a Bachelor of Journalism.

At Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, Jordan plays a vital role as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator, overseeing the development and execution of various outreach plans and promotional strategies.

He is strongly driven by his passion for improving the mental health and wellbeing of those working in the transport, logistics and warehousing sector.

Sally Hemmings

Partnerships Coordinator

Sally brings over 20 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administration across government, corporate, and service-based sectors.

With over a decade in local government, she led community health initiatives, inclusive events, and infrastructure projects in regional NSW. From disability expos to supporting vulnerable groups, Sally thrives on building relationships and delivering impact.

A calm, can-do organiser, she supports purpose-driven teams with a focus on structure, detail, and people.

At Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, Sally ensures smooth delivery of national programs supporting mental health in transport and logistics, and wholly believes that when operations run well, people and communities can truly thrive.

Jaynie Moloney

Program Lead – National Roadshow

Jaynie Moloney brings over 30 years of experience in event, campaign, and project management across the not-for-profit sector, with a strong focus on aligning purpose with meaningful impact.

Her expertise spans high-profile events, strategic program design, partnership development, donor stewardship, and community-focused campaigns, enabling initiatives that connect, engage, and deliver results.

 A qualified journalist and storyteller, she ensures every program and relationship is grounded in clarity, authenticity, and connection.

 At Healthy Heads, Jaynie leads strategy and delivery across events and community initiatives, shaping safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplaces in road transport, warehousing, and logistics.

 She is known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and people-focused approach.
